Mainland Clearwater garages can take a flake floor once moisture is checked. Salt is in the air even when you cannot see the Gulf. Covered carports that rain blows through are usually a decline.

Beach and island condos are an association project: elevator pads, work hours, and an owner on the request. A renter’s text is not approval. If those pieces are in place, a small solid or flake floor is straightforward.
