Largo floors are small garages with nowhere to put the contents
Largo houses sit close together, and the garage is often full because there is no other storage. Emptying it is the project. The coating itself is a salt-air flake floor: grip, hide the sand, rinse the threshold after storms.
If the slab has stayed damp in one corner every rainy season, photograph that corner. We will not bury an active moisture track under a decorative coat.
